What if we run our own infrastructure?
For larger teams, HRP can be installed inside your own perimeter (on-premise). This is arranged individually on the Enterprise plan.
Common questions about pricing
We have 25 people — which plan fits?
Professional — up to 35 users. If you grow past 36 during the year, you move to Enterprise without reinstalling or losing any data.
Is there a trial period?
Instead of a self-serve trial, we run a free demo on your own data: we calculate the resource plan and project cost for one of your typical projects. It is far more useful than clicking around a sandbox.
Does the price include training?
Yes — every plan includes at least 2 hours of training for managers. Enterprise includes on-site training for the whole team.
How does payroll data get in?
Actual payroll and staff taxes are imported from a spreadsheet export for accurate costing. There is no ready-made integration out of the box — a spreadsheet export is all you need.
